Hello, my name is Cynthia Fincher President and Creative Director of Extraordinary Flair Event Management, I have always been a visionary, with a passion and exceptional talent for planning, managing, and producing events. Throughout my career, I have served in many different roles; however, my role as a Product Manager taught me to develop and plan the overall direction of a product throughout its entire lifecycle.  I am able to multitask, manage various projects simultaneously, produce product launches, manage cross-functional teams, manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage an operating budget.  In 2004, I decided to capitalize on my strengths and abilities by starting a home based Management Company. 

Although I have been fortunate enough to acquire over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and managing, in order to gain more insight, expand the 

scope of my knowledge, and learn more about an industry that was unfamiliar to me,  I joined International Specialist Events Society (ISES), Meeting Planners International (MPI), and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). I attended various conferences and seminars held by Event Solutions, ISES, MPI, and PCMA to become well versed in all aspects of the Event Industry and become recognized as a professional in the field.  In addition, I completed an in-depth Event Leadership Certificate Program at Temple University, taught by Dr. Joe Goldblatt, CSEP.  

I had the distinct honor to serve as one of the co-chairs for the 19th Annual Terry Spinelli Auction & Social for the New York Chapter of Meeting Planners International. This opportunity enabled me to acquire hands on experience in soliciting sponsorship and donations for an organization that sets the standards for professional meeting planners around the world.


As President and Creative Director of Extraordinary Flair Event Management, my goal is to continue to provide clients with quality service at a competitive rate and become a highly recognized leader in the Special Events Industry.
